Thermal plasma spraying method was used for coating the pre-prepared surfaces of turbine blades. Nickel (Ni) as a base material with fixed percentage alumina (5%Al2O3), and (5,10,15,20,25%) Boron carbide (B4C) reinforcement material. Cermet powders were mixed one hour, then bases steel type (316L) prepared roughened using sandblasting to increase adhesion strength between coated materials base. The bonding represented by (Ni-22% Cr-10%Al-1%Y) sprayed thickness (150µm), (350-400 µm). Thus, final samples (550-500 After that, sintered at 900°C two hours. hardness test applied samples, indicating best after sintering (25%) ratio 590Hv.
